DEVIS TECHNIQUE
Bonjour,
En tant que coordonnateur technique, il me fera plaisir de vous accueillir au Cercle prochainement. Afin de voir au bon déroulement technique de la journée, je vous prie de me faire parvenir le plus tôt les informations suivantes :
1. Devis technique comprenant vos besoins matériels. Selon le cas pour la sonorisation, l'éclairage et la vidéo. Au minimum, la liste de vos entrées (input vs source).
2. Plantation de scène identifiant les musiciens avec le matériel et leur emplacement.
3. Tout autre information nécessaire ou complémentaire à la réalisation technique du spectacle/événement ( ex: indiquer si il y a un sonorisateur et/ou éclairagiste qui accompagne le groupe ainsi que leurs coordonnées)
Voici l'horaire pour la technique, montage et balance en après-midi:
En semaine du lundi au vendredi : arrivée/montage (load in) à partir de 14h, balance de son* de 16h à 17h00 .
En fin de semaine : arrivée/montage (load in) à partir de 13h, balance de son* jusqu'à 17h00.
* À cause des contraintes extérieures, il nous est impossible de produire un volume sonore important en dehors de ces heures. Veuillez nous aviser préalablement s'il vous est impossible de vous conformer à cet horaire afin de s'entendre sur d'autres possibilités.
Pour ne pas compromettre le bon fonctionnement et la qualité du spectacle/événement, veuillez faire suivre vos informations correctement et respecter l'horaire pré-établi.

Hi,
As technical coordinator, I will be happy to welcome you at Le Cercle soon. To help out on the day of the event, please send me as soon as possible the following information:
1. Tech Rider includes your equipment needs. As the case for sound, lighting and video. Minimum a list of your input. (document available on demand)
2 .Stage Plot: musicians identifying with the material and their location. (mapping available on demand)
3. Any other information necessary or complementary to the technical production of the show / event (I.E. whether there is a sound engineer and / or lighting designer who accompanies the group and their contact details)
Here is the schedule for technical, load in and testing in the afternoon.
Weekdays from Monday to Friday: load in : possible from 2 pm to 4 pm (3 pm is the target time) Sound check* : 4 pm to 5:00
Weekend: load in : possible from 1 pm (3 pm is the target time) Sound check*: until 5:00 pm
*For some outside constraints, we can not produce significant noise outside these hours. Notify us if it will be impossible to you to comply with this schedule, so we will try and figure something out. But these scheduals are really optimal.
Please, to not compromise the show / event quality, forward your information correctly and follow pre-established schedule.
